route | Career Path for John Lu
| | Ellsworth Air Force Base (1993) -- I was an environmental Scientist then and was doing soil and ground water sampling. I was young and inexperienced, remembering nothing but the beautiful scenary of South Dakota.
Cincinnati.com (1996 to present) -- I was an employee there and later became a consultant working on technology issues with machines and humans.
Taxi Stockholm AB (2001-2004) -- It was a 10 million Euro software development project. It took a long time to work on a wireless/internet/desktop application in a big call center.
British Columbia Institute of Technology a.k.a. BCIT (2004-2005) -- It was fun teaching students on Internet technology. Whenever people asked me about BCIT, I always ask them 'Have you heard of MIT or CIT, Cal Tech? BCIT is similar to those schools -- in naming, but we only offer associate degrees . . . '
Greater Houston Transportation Company (2005 - onward) -- A great place to see many, many cars in a lot.
